CHS Capital completes acquisition of A-D Technologies, including Mtn. Grove facility

Chicago-based CHS CapitalTM has completed the acquisition of Dura-Line Holdings (fka A-D Technologies), an international manufacturer and distributor of communication and energy infrastructure products and systems. Funds for CHS Capital's investment in Dura-Line come from CHS Private Equity V LP, a $1.3 billion investment fund. The investment represents a partnership among CHS Capital, GSO Capital Partners LP and Dura-Line's senior management team.
